Dignified Transport
A service representative will pick up your pet at either your veterinarian’s office or your home and return the cremains back to the same destination.
Compassionate Processing
We perform individual aquamation where your pet is separate in the cremation chamber, ensuring 100% accuracy. We can also perform communal aquamtation if you do not wish to have cremains returned.
Caring Delivery
We will return the cremains of your pet. The package will also include a cremation certificate, the RFID tag assigned, a paw print if desired, an any other memorial items you choose.
About Aquamation
What is Aquamation?
Aquamation, also known as alkaline hydrolysis, is a similar process as what takes place if you buried your pet, just accelerated. Aquamation uses a combination of gentle water flow, warm temperature, and a small amount of mineral salts. Like cremation, ashes can be returned to you or to the Earth. The ash is lighter in color because it is clean without carbon discoloration. There is also approximately 20% more ashes returned since this is a gentle water-based process that does not burn away as much of the cremains.
The aquamation process typically involves several steps:
Preparation: Your pet is gently placed in the aquamation chamber, either semi-private or communal.
Semi-private: Multiple pets being processed simultaneously in the same chamber but with physical separation allowing for the distinct separation of cremains.
Communal: Is the most cost-effective but does not allow for cremains to be returned since all ashes will be mixed together.
Processing: The chamber is filled with water and an alkaline solution, and the process begins. This process lasts up to 24 hours.
Completion: The remains consist of sterile liquid and bone fragments, both of which can be respectfully returned to the earth.
